Job Specifications:

 

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Reach out to prospective clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  • Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.


Requirements:

 

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Services Sales or B2B Business Development.

  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Market Research, Lead Generation, or IT Services.

  • Experience of handling international clients is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

 

Renumeration will be fixed + variable (based on target achievement)
